As a Paraplanner you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planners by preparing detailed and accurate financial plans, reports, and recommendations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in helping to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on various financial products and solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans, reports, and client presentations.
- Assist in the creation of investment strategies and recommendations.
- Liaise with financial planners to understand client needs and objectives.
- Ensure all financial planning activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and industry trends.
- Provide technical support to financial planners and assist with client queries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification is essential, but those working towards the Level 6 would be of most interest
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or in a similar role within financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
