Your new role
As PA to director, the main responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Compiling and collating reports
  • Administration of meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Receiving and redirecting mail
  • Assisting in the preparation of events
  • Dealing with complaints and enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining online systems

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ GCSE's A-C Grade, including Maths & English
  • A Minimum of 3 years experience in personal assistance to a senior manager/ minute taking and in the operation of appropriate office administration systems
  • Competent in the use of Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Outlook
