My client is an International Trade Finance provider who has grown exponentially in recent years, working with a charismatic, ambitious, and approachable management team

To ensure continued business growth and team co-operation they are recruiting - Senior Operations Manager. This role will be pivotal in ensuring open communication and developing a solid commercial framework for continued success and development of the business

As Senior Operations Manager you will work closely with, and report to, Head of Legal ,as well into the Chief Operating Officer.

As a key link between the Board and company employees, open confident communication is of key.

This is a highly visible role, you will work with the Legal, Risk and Operations Divisions to review each Business Deal and design structures and processes unique to each new type of transaction, ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently, delivers excellence, and surpasses customer expectations.

Key projects, including change projects, will fall to you to implement alongside other internal stakeholders. This could potentially include large changes such as process, restructures, as well as more minor procedural changes.

As a customer-centric business they are focused on performance, making improvements where necessary. You will be responsible for challenging performance in areas that could potentially impact business levels and partners expectations.

Putting measures in place to ensure that quality service is continously in focus, therefore enforcing these consistently will be key. Any fluctuations in performance must be addressed.

Driving developments in processes /systems that need to be implemented to ensure maximum commerical gain .
