New Chapter Consulting is keen to speak with senior management candidates with a background in Operations, Production & Engineering within the FMCG, Food & Beverages markets.

We have a number of clients who will be stepping-up their search for talent in the coming months and we want to help you get a leg-up on the competition. There will be opportunities UK wide.


  • 5 years' experience in food manufacturing at a senior or director level
  • Degree or similar qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience of managing budgets - i.e. P&L, CAPEX/OPEX
  • Experience of leading large teams to achieve your employers strategic goals
  • Site turnaround experience
