James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work with the Support Services Manager to ensure the administrative and wider business needs of the Senior Management Team are delivered in a way that is consistent with the highest level of efficiency and customer service
Main Duties -
To carry out general administrative duties including ordering stationery and other IT supplies - such as hardware and software, processing invoices.
To arrange meetings, book facilities/equipment, prepare and distribute agendas, presentations and papers and take minutes where appropriate and distribute within agreed timescales.
To deal effectively with internal and external customers, which could be face to face, receiving and responding to all types of incoming communications.
To be responsible for the coordination of meetings (ensuring all associated agendas/documents are prepared and circulated to meet given deadlines), as well as organising events and travel/catering arrangements within budget as required.
Monitor all input onto the accounting system ensuring that suppliers are set up effectively and orders/ invoices are regularly inputted onto the system - investigating delays and discrepancies when necessary.
You will have a strong understanding of office administration and working with finance/accounting systems.
