A spacious Victorian conversion in St Neots, Cambridgeshire requires a new room leader to take over from a recent retiree.
This established facility boasts an outstanding ofsted rating, a large capacity with a sizeable garden area and is based in the heart of a traditional village with good transport links from the A1 or A14.
To be considered you'll need a minimum Level 3 qualification in a recognised early years discipline, as well as significant childcare experience from previous roles as a nursery nurse, nursery practitioner, early years educator or QTS in a similar pre-school setting, preferably in a supervisory or oversight capacity. Any knowledge of forest schools programs would be an advantage and you must be able to demonstrate your leadership qualities.
