Hays Digital Technology are working in partnership with RSM to find a skilled and passionate .NET Software Developer for their well-established IT team in Crawley. It's a newly created position within an expanding function as the business adapts to a rapidly changing technology landscape.

Working in a team of approximately 15 people in a flat, autonomous structure, the Software Developer will act as a mentor to junior developers across SCRUM teams based in Crawley. The team has received significant inwards investment in recent years, and this will be a key role encouraged to drive efficient, new ways of working.
The team usually has several projects on the go at once, which range from a new in-house employee engagement portal, through to specific applications to address client and partner needs. A TDD environment is encouraged, and as it's a flat structure, Project and Technical Leads are rotated to allow team members to play to their strengths and improve their skill sets.
Their current tech stack is .NET (but hoping to move .NET Core 2.0 in the near future), Visual Studio 2017, SQL Server 2016, VSTS and Git. They use the Aurelia framework for building SPAs.
The team is passionate about coding, so any additional experience with other technologies will be beneficial but by no means essential. I'm keen to hear from people with strong .NET experience that want to work in an innovative team that has invested, and continues to invest, in the latest tech.
RSM are offering:
- Basic salary of £55,000 to £65,000
