My client is a dynamic, high performing, family owned and run property services company based in London. The group has a host of complementary operating companies serving different sectors within the property industry, with over 40 years of trading, they have extensive knowledge and an enviable pedigree.
You would be working under one of my clients most experienced managers who has been with the company for over 15 years and has a huge amount of knowledge on the industry and the Herne Hill area, Herne Hill is an affluent area with clients that vary from young professionals to young families.
This role would suit someone with more experience, preferably someone who is looking to take the next step to a senior negotiator role or who has just been promoted to senior negotiator.
Some of the aspects you will cover will be:
- Dealing with new enquiries, applicant registrations & regular contact
- Conducting viewings
- Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
- Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
- Covering some aspects of Lettings
- Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, 7pm on Thursdays Every other Saturday from 10am-4pm.
