We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager with experience from within the Luxury Goods Industry that could be Fragrance, Beauty, Accessories, Sun Glasses, Handbags or Fashion.
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility of a portfolio of World Famous Fragrance Brands into the UK's most prestigious Department's and Retailers.
A natural flare for managing and coaching a team, you will be responsible for motivating a small team of National Account Managers, ensuring they are maximising every opportunity with the buying teams and increasing brand awareness.

Lead and motivate a small team of National Account Managers, including coaching, training and ongoing development
Implement a strategy and objectives for the portfolio of brands and support colleagues to meet these objectives
Develop close relationships with Senior Buyers at Head Office level of Clients as well as nurturing relationships with Area Managers and Consultant Sales Managers
Propose Retail targets based on analysis and knowledge of forthcoming activity
Attend regular store visits with the Area Sales Managers to continually gain knowledge of the customer base and market at store level
With proven experience of managing large Retail accounts as a National Account Manager, you should have a passion for the Luxury Goods market. Alternatively, you may have a combination of experience as a Field Sales Manager or Brand Manager, with a keen interest to develop your career and manage a team within a Head Office luxury brand environment.
You should be a passionate individual with excellent leadership qualities. You will also be a strong negotiator and feel naturally confident at maintaining long term relationships and continually strive to maximise retail opportunities and brand awareness across the UK.
You should have excellent relationship building skills and the ability to present to Senior Stakeholders at Major Retailers as well as internal colleagues and Senior Management.
A field-based role that will require travel to the Head Office in Surrey 2-3 times per week as well as regular travel to clients in London and Nottingham.
