We’re looking for an experienced Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor in Chelmsford to join a leading, modern, and highly-rated financial services agency. • Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products, ensuring recommendations suit their needs and financial circumstances.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional, transparent, and service-driven advice.
• Manage the full application process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Keep up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and protection products.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal company procedures.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Work closely with administration and support teams to ensure timely and accurate case progression.

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification essential.
• Proven track record (2 years+) in advising on mortgages and protection.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Motivated, proactive, and confident in managing your own caseload.
• Based locally or within a commutable distance to Chelmsford
