Senior Mortgage Paraplanner

We are currently looking for a Senior Mortgage Paraplanner to join our clients, an established Mortgage centre based in Chelmsford

This opportunity requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, working in a varied and fast paced role.

Working hours:

As a Senior Mortgage Paraplanner, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30

The successful Senior Mortgage Paraplanner will be offered:

• Upto £32,000 Basic
• Bonus scheme

The Senior Mortgage Paraplanner role will include the following duties:

• Submitting Mortgage applications ensuring all criteria has been met
• Updating CRM with relevant client information
• Conduct file reviews

To be considered for the Senior Mortgage Paraplanner role you must have:

• Keen interest in Mortgages
• Experience in Mortgage Administration / Paraplanning
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills
• Full CeMAP qualifications
