Position: AI/ML Engineer - Model Fine-Tuning & Data Management
Location: West Loop, Chicago

About the Role:
As an Senior AI/ML Engineer, you'll work on cutting-edge projects that redefine industries through artificial intelligence. You'll collaborate with a small team of highly intelligent and driven ML experts, focusing on optimizing and enhancing AI models to meet high standards of performance and accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

• Fine-tuning AI/ML models and applying advanced techniques like transfer learning and hyperparameter tuning
• Collaborating with teams to preprocess and manage large datasets
• Benchmarking model performance and staying on top of industry trends
• Integrating models into larger systems and ensuring seamless scalability

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Extesnive experience with language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and applying transfer learning
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and benchmarking techniques
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
