SENIOR MIDWIFE – CHILD PROTECTION

BAND 7 – HOURS: 37.5
An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Midwife – Child Protection to join NHS Fife Acute Services.
You should have extensive experience of working with children, young people and their families, as well as expert knowledge of child protection, legislation and policies. You should have a high level of communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative.
A post registration qualification in Child Protection or evidence of working towards it is desirable to fulfil the requirements of this post as is previous experience of facilitating clinical supervision
You will be actively involved in the coordination of Child Protection cases across maternity services, focusing in particular around our community teams. Significant experience of working with a focus on child protection is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, dynamic and multidisciplinary team and deliver child protection support to colleagues in Maternity services.
