Location – Central London, travel between various sites will be required

Fulltime – 37.5hrs per week (standard hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday; however some flexibility may be required).

About the Role

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Medical Secretary to join the HCA family. As a float Senior Medical Secretary you will working across various London sites covering annual leave and providing additional support across PSG.

As a Senior Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support to our various consultants and practice.

This is a permanent role in a team directly supporting one consultant but providing cover for other consultants as and when needed.

Duties will include providing full secretarial support to your consultant, being responsible for the appropriate management of patient appointments, procedures, liaising with patients and other hospital departments as required in order to facilitate this.

You will also undertake any other duties as called upon to carry out by the Practice Manager.

Skills Needed

  • Previous Senior Medical Secretarial experience is essential
  • Knowledge of DGL, DICT8 and CWS be would an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
