Senior Medical Advisor - Diabetes
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 Basic + Car + 20% Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday
Based: Field-Based with 30% Travel Requirements

The Senior Medical Advisor belongs to a highly motivated team of Medical Doctors, Clinical scientists and specialist Nurses with a clinical research background and a good understanding of Marketing and Market Access strategies
Internally the Senior Medical Advisor works together with highly professional and specialised people within marketing, market access, communications, regulatory, publication planning, clinical, safety, health economy, communication, HQ and other CMR affiliates.
The Senior Medical Advisor is an internal resource in developing, reviewing and ABPI approving educational and promotional material, such as slide kits, press releases, marketing campaigns, HEmodels, websites etc.
The Senior Medical Advisor is a strategic partner within the brand project teams and is responsible for providing scientific advice to the UK brand strategies to support the cross-functional project team of medical, marketing, market access and communications.
Externally, the Senior Medical Advisor acts as a liaison between the client and Key Opinion Leaders. The advisor must maintain relationships with external experts and cultivate relationships with new opinion leaders, through UK Advisory Board meetings, conferences and other scientific activities.
- Medical Doctor or Pharmacist
- ABPI Final Medical Signatory status
- Relevant knowledge and experience in Diabetes is preferred but not essential
