Senior Marketing Communications Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's leading Facilities Management companies joining their Head office in London. 

The key objective of the Senior Marketing Communications Executive is to provide tactical support to the Head of Group Communications to assist in the implementation of the communications strategy for the Group and its two businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Public Relations support to meet both corporate and business level PR objectives 
- Management of internal communications to cascade key messaging and branding: 
- Development of internal communications materials such as internal announcements, writing articles for newsletters, letters, employee survey support 
- Distribution of internal communications via bulk email system, by direct mail, intranet  
- Production and print of brochures for the group and businesses 
- Brand guardianship, including internal education, control of brand on materials, sites, signage, vehicles etc 
- Management of direct marketing campaigns to support retention and new business goals 
- Maintenance of internal company information repository, including company directory 
- Provide tactical support to the businesses by providing marketing expertise in conferences, exhibition stands, design and print, brochures, advertising, public relations, etc. Manage logistics of event support materials 
- Assist with the production of management conferences and other business development events 
- Attending internal and external meetings around the UK as required. Presenting to both internal and external audiences may be required 
- Budget: manage the day-to-day operation of the departments budget including liaison with Head of Marketing and finance team; assist with quarterly and annual forecasts 
- Some administrative support  diary management, meetings, presentations, etc and handling day-to-day requests for company information, brand/ logo advice, photography and presentations 
- Interact with all levels from CEO to engineers, across the UK Group 
- Liaison with PR agency, journalists, magazines and media 
- Liaison with Suppliers including printers, design agencies, promotional merchandise, video production, signage, stationery, writers, mailing house 

Key Skills:

- First class written ability 
- ideas - evidence well thought through and well implemented internal/external marketing campaigns / with clear and effective messages 
- great communicator who can with many internal stakeholders 
- someone who really understands B2B marketing and internal & external communications 
- CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) and or a Marketing Degree is desirable 
- Knowledge of relevant industry sectors such as Estates, FM, Manufacturing and Property would be an advantage
- Business-to-business marketing experience; preferably within an agency background
- Copywriting experience and excellent written and spoken English essential 
- Public Relations experience
- Experience of corporate identity/brand management
- Awareness of internet content management, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and multi-media programs would be an advantage
