A leading firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol, is seeking a key addition to its successful team, as a Senior Manager / Associate Director to deliver a quality service across accounts, wider general practice services and advisory work to the firms wide ranging corporate OMBs across varying industries and turnovers. A leading firm of chartered accountants based in Bristol. Clients are very varied to include regionally based, OMB's SME's and entrepreneurial new start ups. Turnovers range into the millions, with a core range across £10- 20/30 million, with larger clients and equally a significant number of smaller, sub audit threshold turnover clients. A good proportion of clients generate technical and challenging added value advisory work across wide ranging projects.
This Senior Manager / Associate Director level role, based in Bristol within this leading accountancy practice, has arisen through positive long term strategy planning looking to attract the right, high level practice professional to join the business in this pivotal role, key to the firm's future expansion and growth. You will oversee the efficient and profitable delivery of accounting and advisory services to wide ranging clients there and you develop client relationships delivering on a range of advisory project work. You will look to manage the successful delivery of all accounting and support services to the client base, overseeing a highly capable team of varying levels and experience, developing the team through your strong people management skills. You will act in a lead capacity with clients, maintaining and developing long term relationships and looking to add value through identifying opportunities and growing the firms client base. You will work closely with senior/managing partners on the strategy for future growth and development of the business and be a long term addition to this highly successful team and firm, with the associated progression, career reward and financial benefits this will bring to your career.
ACA or ACCA qualified you will be operating around Senior Managerial or Associate Director, Partner Designate levels within your current firm, with a career background working across any of the range of small, medium or large independent firm environment, and/or, Top 50, Mid or Top Tier firm background.
Your experience will be focused across dealing with clients across the range in size from small sole traders to larger corporate concerns with any mix of skills across audit, account, tax and delivering on wide ranging advisory work along side this.
Your people management, communication skills and career focus will be key elements, the partners will be looking for in the right individual. You will be seeking a role where you can progress within a leading firm of chartered accountants.
£50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits, negotiable, dependent on experience and background.
