Senior Management Trainer

TLC: The Training and Learning Company are currently recruiting for a Senior Management Trainer to join our team.

Duties include;
- Deliver high quality training courses in Leadership and Management to Level 5
- Act as the overall subject expert for Management qualifications, providing support and advice to the team / employers / learners.
- Instrumental in the design, development and tailoring of Management training programmes and training materials bespoke to the clients.
- Ensure that all training and resources are of a high quality and comply with standards set by awarding organisations, funding partners, etc.
- Maintain own knowledge of the Management qualifications and implementing any relevant changes into training programmes.

Essential Criteria;
- Must hold relevant occupational competency within Higher Level Management
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile
- Ability to plan your time effectively
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
- Must be flexible with travel

Desirable Criteria;
- Recognised Assessor award: TAQA or equivalent
- Ideally hold own Management / Strategic Management qualification
