Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor (Mechanically bias) - London
A successful contractor that specialises in the design, build and maintenance of De-Centralised Energy Centres and district heating throughout London. They have steadily expanded over the last 20 years and are currently working on a large number of London's Landmark residential projects with the UKs top Developers and Main Contractors.
They have modern offices based in Central London which are easy to reach from all major train lines and London Underground.
My client is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong Mechanical background to report into their Commercial Director
You should possess the skills and experience to lead and manage a team on technically complex projects with values ranging typically between £2M and £15M
They are looking for someone with passion, energy and drive to assist their business in continued growth.
The successful candidate will need to be able to run their own jobs from the offset and have a proven track record running their own projects up to £5M with experience in both D&B and Traditional FOC
My client is more interested in your ability and experience than your qualifications. What they will look for is longevity in your employment history and projects completed that you ran alone. A mechanical background is a must and ideally you will have experience within District heating and Energy centres. You will have good knowledge of Plant Rooms (LTWH,CHWS)
Ideally you will come from a small to medium sub-contractor background although no one with the right skillset will be overlooked.
You are responsible for your own day to day activities and you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
