This is an international role, where you will support franchises in 33 markets to develop and roll out our loyalty scheme.
Leading on Loyalty strategy for our international markets, you will:
** Develop the global Loyalty strategy, communications plan and enablers for roll-out in key global geographies including how to leverage digital channels
** Work with priority markets to understand local business requirements for loyalty and help to set targets and KPIs
**Work with the in-house Agile teams on new features, customer experience and integration
** Manage the annual global Loyalty planning and budget process, forecasting monthly/yearly eCRM
** A Senior eCRM/Loyalty expert, with experience in a Retail-type environment
**Ideally experienced in app/mobile loyalty schemes
**A strong influencer, able to manage stakeholders at all levels
**Knowledgeable in Loyalty trends, and where Loyalty/eCRM fits into the wider marketing plan.
