Senior Level PA within the Pharmaceutical Industry

My client based closed to Heathrow are a well known within the pharmaceutical industry and are currently recruiting for a highly experienced PA, the role is to work in their medical department supporting 2 directors and a team of associates. The role requires excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and requires experience of working within a demanding and fast past environment . The ideal candidate would have supported at director level and have experience of working on projects across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities;

  • Organisation of extensive Global travel arrangements
  • Multiple complex diary management
  • Management of Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
  • Process team expenses
  • Organise and schedule cross functional Regulatory meetings with HQ and affiliates involvement
  • Document management, tracking and reporting
  • Track department budget
  • Create or may assist in the creation of presentation materials
  • Liaise with external agencies or organisations to coordinate activities which are important to the function of the department
  • Work on various projects

Key Requirements;

  • Previous PA, Senior Administration Experience supporting up to board level
  • Previous experience working in an international business supporting in the EMEA region
  • Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be highly organised and have excellent communication skills
  • Have used Zinc
