Prime Lettings Negotiator

Well-respected and stylish independent agency with offices in the most desirable areas of London are looking for hungry new Lettings Negotiators to join their successful and growing teams. This is a fantastic and desirable brand to work for and a great opportunity for negotiators with 1-2 years experience looking to work for an exciting agency, in a busy, supportive, rewarding environment in a prime location with great stock and swift progression.

The Essentials: -

• Basic £17k -£19k + Generous commission
• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience
• OTE - £50k - £70k
• Car or Car Allowance
• Chelsea Office I(plus other prime locations if more accessible)
• Start date ASAP

You will Be:

• Local to Chelsea (or potentially Kensington, Brook Green or Notting Hill)
• Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
• KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
• Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
• Articulate, confident and intelligent
• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Not afraid of hard work
• Full, clean UK driving license
