Great opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator or property manager to join an established, friendly letting agency in the central Exeter area with basic salary negotiable but IRO 18-22,000 pa.

Our client is looking for a bright spark to join their team. You will have recent experience in the lettings industry and have an excellent all round knowledge of lettings legislation.
The role will involve most of the lettings process to include meeting and registering new clients, viewings, carrying out take ons, dealing with deposit releases, some check ins and check outs, inspections. You will need to be dynamic and organised with a professional and friendly nature, smartly presented and willing to muck in, in a busy office. You also need your own car and a clean licence.

Salary in the region of 18-22,000 but negotiable depending on experience for the right candidate.
Hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with alternative Saturday mornings.
