ESTATE AGENT SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

WAPPING, E1W

Basic Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 OTE: £60,000 to £70,000 (Negotiable - dependent on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR who is persistent, focussed and committed. You will be responsible for liaising with landlords and tenants and updating clients. You will be organising viewings and accompanying potential tenants on their appointments, following up any interest and dealing with offers.

The skills required for this SENIOR LETTINGS CONSULTANT role will include:
·Negotiation skills
·Sales skills
·Confident in presentation delivery
·Good organisational skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Computer literate
·Attention to detail
