Senior Lettings Negotiator

Basic £18,000 - £20,000 pa

Our clients have been established since 1989 opening their first office in Woodford Bridge. Today they have offices in Woodford, Loughton and Chigwell and operate in Sales, Lettings and Financial services as well as having a specialist Elite Homes Department.

They are now seeking an experienced Senior LETTINGS Negotiator to add to their well established branch in Loughton.

Candidates must be confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and have a proven track record and be target driven.

The role will involve assisting in managing and growing their already successful business, managing a team in the managers absence, gaining lettings to grow their market share.

The ideal candidates must have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a LETTINGS Negotiator in Residential Lettings.

Essential Skills required:
·At least two year’s previous experience within Residential Lettings
·Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
·Have excellent inter-personal skills
·Excellent telephone manner
·Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
·Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·Have a full UK driving licence and own their own car
