Senior Lettings Negotiator

£35,000 - £40,000pa OTE (Basic £15,000 - £18,000pa)

The BEST Lettings agent in Brentwood are looking to expand their team and are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator for their award-winning branch.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience within Lettings and have a proven track record of success.

You should also have the ability to value and list property to be rented and not be afraid to be proactive in your approach to gain new landlords and increase the managed portfolio.

On offer is an excellent basic salary up to £18,000 pa for the right person plus one of the best commission schemes in Essex paying 20% if you list and rent a property with large average fees in the lovely town of Brentwood.

Realistic on target earnings of £35-40,000 pa.
You must be driven and a pro-active person who is looking to grow their career with this highly successful business.
The person should be:
·proactive and energetic
·immaculately presented,
·able to work as part of a team as well as on their own,
·Must be a car driver and have use of own car

Will pay guarantee for first three months

Candidates must have their own vehicle where fuel allowance will be provided.
