This position involves overseeing a portfolio of high spec properties in Birmingham, where you will be responsible for letting units, overseeing the management of the properties and reporting on the performance to the client. The challenging role offers every opportunity to grow through existing relationships but the successful candidate needs to have experience in building profitable connections in the property industry.
The successful applicant needs to have:
? 2 years' experience as a lettings negotiator with a proven track record
? Extremely well organised with outstanding time management
? An understanding of the Private Rented Sector (Build to Rent) model
? Full UK driving licence
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:
? Driving Portfolio Performance - to constantly improve the performance of the assets within the portfolio, retaining clients and promoting portfolio growth.
? Managing Administration - Full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the lettings and management process across the portfolio.
? Excelling in Client Care - to provide the highest standard of client care, feedback and satisfaction.
? Maintaining Company and Operational Standards - to ensure exceptional standards are met and a continuous and flexible approach to the management of the portfolio is implemented.
? Target driven with a winning mentality
? Confident and comfortable with cold/warm calling.
? Self-motivated, pro-active, and a strong work ethic.
