Our client is an independent, multi-branch Estate Agent and Lettings business who have built up an impressive property portfolio across Hertfordshire.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer to join this established office. They are a fast-paced business based in St Albans looking for a pro-active, friendly and professional candidate to join a successful team.

The Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Valuer duties will include:

  • Generating market appraisals
  • Converting market appraisals into instructions
  • Generating business through canvassing, mailshots & call outs
  • Attending lettings viewings
  • Refer tenant applications over to the Property Management team


  • Minimum 2 years Lettings experience
  • Valuation experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided
  • Ambitious and committed, with drive to develop the business
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Smart and well presented, with excellent communication skills


  • Basic £20,000 pa including company car allowance
  • Realistic OTE £30,000 - £35,000 pa
  • Excellent working environment and career progression available
