BASIC SALARY BETWEEN £15-18,000 OTE £50,000 + GENEROUS CAR ALLOWANCE + COMPANY PHONE

My client, a huge independent Estate Agency in the desirable location of Fulham are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Lettings Consultant for their busy branch in Fulham. The Fulham office is their flagship office, bringing their team fantastic amounts of commission. The right candidate will he a dedicated Negotiator, with a fun and enthusiastic personality.

  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Matching customer needs for letting of properties
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
  • Showing people around properties in the local area
  • General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
  • You will have estate agency experience, and are used to working in a targeted environment and enjoy over achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service.

Excellent ongoing training provided and due to their being so many offices, career progression is easily available for the successful candidate.
