Our Clients, A successful multi-branch independent estate agency, are looking for a dedicated Senior Lettings Negotiator to joint their busy Egham Branch.

The client has received significant financial investment in recent months and has reaped the benefits by increasing their market share across Surrey.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will benefit from this growth by having more properties to list and Let which will increase your potential earnings. You will also benefit from the opportunity to progress into a management role as the company expands its branch network.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Valuations (training provided)
  • Registering applicants and generating new business
  • Communicate closely with senior management team.
  • Conducting viewings and chasing leads.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Dynamic and proactive approach
  • Previous Valuation experience preferred.
  • Experience within a lettings negotiation role.

Hours: Full Time

Salary/Package: £15,000 - £20,000 basic salary (£30,000 - £35,000 OTE)
