Orbit has a fantastic opportunity to join the Letting Services team as a Senior Lettings Assistant. To provide an excellent, effective and customer focussed lettings and voids management service to all customers (internal and external).
To ensure homes are let within agreed targets and in line with relevant policies, procedures and Orbit's Customer Offer, with a focus on sustaining tenancies and minimising void loss.
The role of Senior Lettings Assistant is to be responsible for line management and development of dispersed team of Lettings Assistants & Apprentices. You will line manage x6 Lettings Assistants spread across 3 sites - Bexley/ Hastings and Margate. You will have a flexible approach to work and ensure your team is compliant and are working effectively to meet the key performance targets. The role also involves managing sickness, one-ones and holidays- reporting all to your line manager. To be a good fit to this role you will have gained previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate management skills. You will have the ability to read data and put spreadsheets together. The ideal candidate must be willing travel between offices as and when required. Drivers licence is preferable but not essential.
