CIRCA £25K BASIC SALARY AND EXCELLENT CAREER PROGRESSION
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a reputable and highly successful Estate Agency in their Redhill branch! If you are highly organised with experience in Lettings Administration or Property Management this could be the role for you.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors in order to arrange repairs to rented properties
- Taking a methodical approach to work by prioritising workload
- Diary Management
- Obtaining quotations for works prior to agreement
- General office admin duties
Our client is looking for:
- Good knowledge of the local area
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- You must drive and own a car
