Senior Lettings Administrator - Enfield Town

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator on behalf of one of our long standing clients. They deal with high end posh properties in affluent parts of London.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years solid experience working in the same or very similar position.

You must be a strong & confident person as part of your position will involve chasing the 7 Lettings & Sales negotiators for their completed paperwork and this is currently proving to be a bit of a challenge. As you can imagine with most sales people, paperwork is not one of their strong points.

You will play a big part in the smooth running of the office, duties involve but not limited to:

  • Dealing with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
  • Chasing the Sales & Lettings negs for their completed paperwork
  • Drafting tenancy agreements
  • Banking
  • Helping to streamline current systems and procedures
  • other ad-hoc

Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary is negotiable depending on experience!
