Senior Legal PA

Are you an ambitious and experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA, now looking for a new challenge ? If so you may wish to consider a exciting Legal PA/ Team Lesder role with this leading West Sussex based private practice law firm.

They now require an experienced senior level Legal PA to join their successful and specialist Commercial team and oversee the secretarial and administration functions. Previous experience in a Law firm or other professional type firm is preferred.

The role will involve co-ordinating activities for the team and ensuring workloads are evenly distributedand work is of a high standard, audio typing and digital dictation, preparation of invoices, creating client reports, opening case files, dealing with client queries, face-to-face meetings with clients, dealing with post and emails, diary arrangements, booking client meetings and all related administration.

You will be an experienced and proactive PA or Legal Secretary with a consistent and proven track record of at least 2 years ideally within law or professional business services with a strong client focus and knowledge of the legal processes and able to co-ordinate and supervise other team members. A minimum typing speed of 65 wpm and good IT skills using Microsoft and Case Management systems will also be required.

This role would suit a real team player who is able to cope under pressure, take initiative and pay strong attention to detail. A flexible and professional manner would also be key.
