The Senior Joint Commissioning Manager is a member of the Strategic Commissioning & Investment Team and holds a role in the joint commissioning structure of the directorate of North Central London (NCL) CCG.

The portfolio for this role is: Disabilities and Housing with Care & Support.

The post-holder will lead and manage a team of Joint Commissioning Managers and Commissioning Officers to optimise health and wellbeing outcomes for residents and their families. They will develop an effective understanding of local needs and work with stakeholders to shape a high quality local offer that meets these needs in the most effective way, whilst delivering good value for money.

As a system leader, they will develop excellent and productive joint working relationships with partners including Clinical Commissioners, Public Health specialist staff, residents, carers and providers from the NHS, private, voluntary and community sectors.

They will maintain management arrangements for the delivery of the commissioning work programme across the service; taking overall responsibility for ensuring programme delivery.
