My client is seeking a skilled Senior IT Consultant to join the technical support team of a rapidly growing IT MSP. As a Senior IT Support team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by finding solutions to technical problems, managing incidents, completing projects, gathering client requirements, and staying current with industry trends. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth for those who are willing to go above and beyond.

Key responsibilities:
** Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks
** Installing and configuring systems
** Identifying and troubleshooting faults on both hardware and software
** Providing technical and application support via phone, email, or in person
** Guiding clients through troubleshooting steps
** Replacing or refitting client hardware
** Supporting updates and roll-outs for client applications and training users as needed
** Working to SLAs
** Prioritizing and managing multiple open tickets
** Building positive relationships with clients

Key Skills & Experiences:
** Predominately MS OS desktops/servers and RDS platforms
** List of hardware supported: Dell/HP/various desktops/laptops, mostly Dell servers
** Application supported: Varies, heavy on accountancy software so Iris/CCH/Sage etc
** Networking technologies: Cisco, Draytek, Unifi, Fortigate
** Cloud Services: MS O365, Exclaimer, Duo, Barracuda, CloudAlly, FortiCloud
** Cyber Security: Bitdefender, uSecure, Graylog, FortiCloud
