Senior IT Support Technician / Analyst
We are working with a rapidly expanding, award winning communications business who are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician / Analyst due to rapid growth in their IT support division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 2 nd /3 rd line IT support, supporting a wide range of clients from SMEs to large blue chip plc's. You will be responsible for providing a high quality customer service both over the telephone and face-to-face. The role involves ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner. There is lots of support available however someone who is looking to work flexibly and get involved in all areas of building this business would be best suited. Based mainly at head office you will become part of the small team that's already there and making great head way.
At least 3 years IT support experience
Knowledge of VPNs, Drayteks, VLANs, networking, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 is essential
Can use own initiative
Can do and problem-solving attitude
Excellent customer service skills
