Senior IT Support Engineer - Financial Sector - London - £33k-£40k

I am working with a well established Investment firm based in the City of London. I'm looking to speak with experienced 2nd/3rd line IT Support Engineers. This opportunity will encourage personal and technical development.


  • On board all new branches and bring existing branches up to date with new systems/processes
  • Design, Implement and Maintain all company products, such as, Windows 10, Office 365, Cloud Backups, printing and desktop Security (AV)
  • Ensure all endpoints are secure ie. MS AD group policies, patching and USB/HDD drive encryption
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Data Migrations
  • Ensure all branches comply with IT security policies and GDPR


  • Knowledge of Wintel Computing Systems
  • Travel across the UK
  • Knowledge of Computer Network concepts
  • CompTIA Security (or equivalent)
  • MCP
  • O365
  • Microsoft Servers
  • SCCM


  • Ivanti device control software
  • Avecto Defendpoint software
  • VDI
  • Experience within Financial Sector
