Are you an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst with a strong technical background? Do you possess solid experience working in an ITIL framework and/or possess an ITIL Foundation qualification? Have you previous and proven 2nd line IT Support experience in typically a Microsoft environment? In your most recent position have you been working with AirWatch and/or Microsoft Intune to support mobile users.
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents which have been assigned by the service desk. The incidents will vary from desktop issues to performing on-site analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems for end-users. Providing a first class service, you will be supporting the IT Support Manager in driving continuous improvement plans, driving tickets down to meet SLA's and support colleagues in implementation and test of new and/or enhanced systems.
This role will suit an experienced Senior Support Analyst, who not only has a strong technical background but equally is a strong Service owner with some experience of leading/managing process and people. Ideally you will possess current and proven MDM experience, leaning towards AirWatch and/or Microsoft Intune and be comfortable working in an ITIL environment.
