Senior IT or Financial Technology Recruitment Consultant
£30 - £60K Basic salary + Com (to 40%) over £100,000 OTE
This role is ideally suited to a Recruiter who is fully immersed within their niche Market (within IT or FinTech) and enjoys building/developing relationships with the end client. Highly autonomous, this company will actively encourage you to organise your diary the way you see fit - you will have the freedom to leave the office to meet clients/candidates or even work from home occasionally if required - likewise if you need to schedule time off on certain days to pick the children up from school then this can be accommodated; it is an adult, professional recruitment environment.
Established for over 10 years and currently employing 12 Consultants, this boutique IT Recruitment Consultancy have an excellent reputation with clients and candidates alike. The central London office located near Bank and Monument tube houses several consultants. 90% of the work that they currently service with clients is contract based and they will consider both Perm and Contract Senior Recruiters who can develop their own desks/niche market.
Although you will be working alongside several staff in London, this can be your own 'business baby', working directly for the company Director you can dictate the metrics for success whilst receiving the following:
- Delivery Support from 5 Experienced in-house Delivery Consultants and a further team of 12 Delivery staff overseas
- Linked In Recruiter Licence for Every Recruiter
- A specialist PR Company that will Blog on your behalf
- Social Media Marketeers to drive business your way
- An exceptional Cloud Based Database (integrated with Bullhorn, Office 365 etc)
- A superb cloud based portal which has a fast efficient e-timesheet system.
Once you have established your desk (or indeed, if you have more work than you can cope with yourself) then you will be given resource assistance from their experienced delivery team - plus you will have the option to hire your own Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant and grow your team organically.
If you choose to grow your own team, you will be rewarded with Profit Share as well as have the option to have equity in your business.
