Understanding recruitment are seeking a talented individual to join as a Senior Internal Recruiter. We have consistently grown year on year, currently over 50% per annum. Due to this exciting growth, we now have the need for a Senior Internal Recruiter to come on board to assist with the continued growth plans for both the UK and international sites. We would be looking for you to target senior and experienced hires through effectively head hunting on LinkedIn and sourcing on job boards.
Responsibilities for the Senior Internal Recruiter at Understanding Recruitment will include:
- Work with team leaders and stakeholders to establish needs within the teams
- Draw up bespoke search lists identifying target companies and candidates
- Development and maintenance of good relationships with candidates
- Manage the end to end resourcing process
- Source candidates using multiple, cost effective channels, utilising direct attraction methods and job boards to build a candidate pipeline/talent pool.
- Manage pre-screening of CV's to identify suitable candidates that match the business requirements
- Draft and place adverts in wide range of media
Experience/Attributes required for the Senior Internal Recruiter:
- Strong track recorded working in either a 360 Consultant, talent acquisition or similar position within a fast-paced Recruitment consultancy.
- In depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Resilient, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
- Enthusiastic and confident
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + OTE up to 55k paid parking + benefits
Location: Central St. Albans, Hertfordshire
