Our client, a national provider of insurance for pharmacy owners is seeking a Call Centre Advisor, to develop and maintain their reputation of customer service and Insurance excellence.
You will be an experienced insurance operative; accustomed to dealing with both inbound and outbound sales, with a track record of accomplishing sales and service performance against targets. Competent decision making is key, as is the ability to serve as the point of contact, ensuring customers have a full understanding of insurance products purchased or renewed.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to impart great customer service,and manage any concerns in a professional manner. 5 years experience Insurance experience is essential, and experience in call centre environment is preferred.
