Hays are proud to be working alongside our reputable client in their search for a Senior In House Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing company, as they embark upon a period of expansion. This role will be offered on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your new role
This will be a fast paced role, in which no two days will be the same. As the new in house recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
Full facilitation of the end to end recruitment process
Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that personnel are recruited in a professional manner
Tracking recruitment trends and candidate attraction methods
Providing advice and expertise on recruitment methods
Writing job specifications and advertisements
Providing training for managers on recruitment process
There is some travel required with this role, as you will have the opportunity to visit sites across the UK and Europe.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 3 years' in house / internal recruitment experience
Proven track record of mass volume recruitment
Experience recruiting within a manufacturing / scientific industry
Experience of managing the full recruitment processes and campaigns
Proven track record in providing strategic input to recruitment plans and budget
Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent
