Salary/Rate: £40,000 - £50,000 + Company benefits
Type: Permanent, full time

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Senior HR and recruitment professional on behalf of
our award winning client based in their prestigious Waltham Abbey head office.

The ideal candidate is likely to be degree calibre with full CIPD qualification and/or working towards achieving this, plus full membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. We are looking for a self-starter used to working in a small team, but can demonstrate a proven ability to leverage a wide variety of routes to market to attract high calibre applicants in order to add value to our client.

Main purpose of job role:
The main purpose of this newly created role is to provide a consistently high quality HR resourcing service in line with business objectives at all times, with a key focus on recruitment and retention.

Key Accountabilities:

*Provide a high quality end to end resourcing support, tailored to the various business/regional requirements.
*Help the business source, recruit and retain the best talent in the market
*Recruit across the organisation from entry level to senior positions.
*Support the Group Head of HR in delivering the Recruitment and Retention Strategy on a day to day basis.
*Be a Super-user for the Candidate Management Portal and give advice and guidance to hiring managers.
*Deliver useful and timely Management Information/Reporting.
*Maintain a wide network of external contacts in the Construction market.
*Work closely with the agencies on our client's Preferred Supplier List to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.

The successful candidate:

*Experienced recruiter (from either an agency or in-house environment)
*Ability to work under your own initiative and have a flexible approach.
*Strong stakeholder engagement is a necessity for this opportunity.
*An excellent communicator with the ability to work accurately and concisely.
*You will have strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel.
* A working knowledge of HR recruitment systems would also be beneficial.
