Senior IFA Administrator

Independent Financial Advisor's Senior Administration Support.
Salary level up to £23,500
Training will be provided, however previous IFA experience and product knowledge will be essential.

We are currently recruiting for a well-respected firm of Independent financial Advisor's based in Norwich, for an exciting opportunity to become a Senior Administrator to support the team of IFA's

This position entails working very closely with specified advisers, processing new business applications, providing client valuations and review letters. Rebalancing of client portfolios after review. Liaising with clients and product providers on existing business.

Key Skills
Previous experience in admin processes within IFA practice
Technical knowledge of products and procedures
Administration of pensions including drawdown and FAD, investments including WRAPs, life insurance and mortgages
Articulate, good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work within established team structure
Ability to prioritise workload and perform to a high standard in pressurized environment
Attention to detail
