Senior IFA Administrator

Our Client, a Chartered Firm in Northampton are looking to take on an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join their expanding team!

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right Candidate to join a growing practice, where you will support the CEO, Technical Support Supervisor and Wealth Managers in the delivery of providing the best possible service to the designated clients.

- Keeping accurate records to ensure that the clients’ files are kept fully up to date and where applicable, attending clients premises to gather further data, get paperwork completed, and information pertinent to the sales process 
-Gather data following fact-finding by CF30 qualified advisers in the executive team and create strategic planning documents and ensure completion of the fact finds are in line with sales process
- Complete report research note with adviser to ensure that when a report is completed it is exactly in line with what the CF30 qualified individual requires;
- Build research documents for compliance purposes 
- Do research for CEO as is required for product recommendations 
- Write reports and recommendations for clients of the executive team in line with their requirements and client expectations

- Previous experience working within an IFA and providing support to Financial Advisers is essential
- Srong understanding of FCA regulations and products available
- Hard-working, and ability to work independantly and as part of a team!
