LAW Absolute is working on behalf of a Global Law Firm looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
A desired candidate will preferably be able to demonstrate previous experience working within either the legal sector or professional services.
Seeking diligent and conscientious candidates, a successful applicant will have experience at HR Business Partner level and will be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong experience on both an operational and strategic basis will be required. Key deliverable will include, but not be limited to:
- Supporting and implementing specific projects in line with agendas
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Employment Relations
- Managing appraisal and salary reviews
- Compliance with employment related issues
- Disciplinary and Grievances
- Conducting exit interviews
