The purpose of the post is to support and partner Key stakeholders ensuring all risk to the business is understood and mitigated when managing change programmes. You will drive engagement by promoting a positive ER environment, working with the wider HR function and trade unions.
You will support the business in delivering large organisational change i.e restructures, TUPE, site closures / relocation etc. Develop and provide coaching to the HR teams covering these areas as well as ensuring the business and HR teams are delivering a compliant and consistent best practice message.
Other duties will include:-
Support settlements situations
Feedback post ET/EC, IE lessons learned etc
Facilitate annual pay negotiations
Manage collective agreements
Ad hoc projects
To be considered for this post you will need a proven background in a ER role, with experience of partnering Trade Unions, supporting large scale organisational change and CIPD qualified.
