Senior HR Co-ordinator - Fixed Term

Search is delighted to be partnering with one of the leading businesses in Liverpool in their search for a high performing Senior HR Co-ordinator.

This is a growth role within the organisation and is a critical link between the resourcing and generalist HR functions. Acting as the linchpin between these two functions, you will be responsible for a wide range of co-ordination, but will also make good use of your employment law knowledge from a risk assessment perspective. It is therefore essential that the Senior HR Co-ordinator possesses a Level 7 CIPD certificate and is fully up to date with employment law legislation.

In this role, based in Liverpool, you will be responsible for:

* Pre and Post-employment screening and checking
* Global mobility consultation
* Co-ordination of HR contract terms and conditions
* Consultation of Senior Stakeholders across the business w/r to employment law
* Consultation of Senior Stakeholders in a regulated environment
* Process improvements
* Process mapping
* Generalist HR duties as and when required

To be successful in the position of Senior HR Co-ordinator, you will possess a CIPD Level 7 certificate and will have experience as an HR Generalist in a large, complex, regulated environment.
