Key responsibilities will include:
Partner with business leaders to understand future business objectives and develop HR strategy and solutions that align with the global HR strategy to meet such objectives.
Provide strategic partnering, support and challenge to business leaders on policies, processes and structures to meet current and future business objectives.
Work closely with business leaders and line managers to provide expert HR guidance on a variety of HR matters.
Implement Change Management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement.
Coach and develop the leadership team and line managers to build effective people management capability.
Develop talent plans, talent KPIs and partner with the Talent, Learning and Development team to identify appropriate talent management strategies to deliver those plans, to include recruitment, succession planning, organisational design, individual and organisation development as well as global mobility.
The ideal candidate will have:
Degree or equivalent post-graduate HR qualification.
Chartered Member of CIPD (or equivalent).
HR management experience within an international organisation and at senior management level covering organisation development, resourcing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, management development and change management.
Significant experience working in strategy development and organisational development.
An understanding of P&L.
High energy and motivation levels.
Commercial acumen and be results driven.
